Fran - (Educator - Middle and High School Years and Relief Work Early Years)
Fran comes to us with 5 years as a teacher in Chile. She is passionate about education, and loves working in a holistic, student-centred environment.
I’m Fran, a teacher from Chile. I came to the Gold Coast aiming to learn about Australian culture, ways of thinking, and to develop my resilience and adaptation skills.
I became a teacher after finding out that I was not comfortable with the educational system, so I decide to BE the change.
I’ve been teaching in schools for 5 years. During this time, I’ve figured out ways give my students social, emotional and academic support.
I strongly believe that young brains need a safe environment to develop, with no time or space restrictions, in order to achieve the adequate development of skills and attitudes that allow the person reach their objectives.
